Bahi, in Talisay Cebu - Thread cards under EVA's unbrella

There are approximately 40 people, comprising out of school youth and women, who own their own livelihood project. They make cards using hand made paper and threads. EVACF provide designs, finance3 the cards in advance and sell cards for the group. EVACF intervention ensured the sirvival of thsi struggling group.
