To the Family of the Late Helen Irvine,
I am sorry to hear about the sudden demise of Helen. She will be well remembered by a scholarship grant sponsored by Peter, Jenny, Rebecca and Philippa Wallum. I'm sending you a biodata and certification of good moral character of the Aeta girl who is so willing to be a teacher someday, but her parents can't afford to send her to school. As to her scholastic records her general average is 88.17.
Sending our heartfelt condolences and prayers for Helen.

Plans for May 2010
SHOM - EVA School Construction will start  in May. The school site has been identified and will serve a large Aeta community in a remote settlement at Villar, Botolan, Zambales. The cost will be higher than expected for this 2 room school because of the distances involved.

We are expecting 3 GRADUATES of EVACF Scholarships ( all female ) in education from the EVACF - NCIP R3 Scholarship program. In addition 5 SCHOLARSHIPS, 4 female and 1 male, have been approved for Education degrees with one from Villar, Botolan, so perhaps she will help at SHOM-EVA TOE2S school in the future.

Students from Ateneo will visit  2 TOE2S schools in Pampanga and help paint & donate school supplies.
19 May planned refund of the JEN-EVA TOE2S funding ( all from EVACF only). This amount will make the SHOM-EVA TOE2S funding complete making immediate start of construction possible.

May 29- FORD Philippines visit Tala Burgos, San Jose, Tarlac.
