Program for Skills and Capability Building for Disadvantaged Women

The PSCBDW is a center-based skills training and livelihood program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development which assists disadvantaged women to increase family income and contribute to the development of their families and communities.  Skills training includes sewing, toy-making, food processing, ceramics and rattan craft.  Every year thousands of women benefit from this program.
