Memorandum of understanding for Fostering of Traditional Origins Ethnic Education Schools (TOE2S) Communities

1) The TOE2S school is owned by the community.
2) The supplementary heritage education is the responsibility of the Aeta community.
3) All contact and visits to the TOE2S nurturing communities must be arranged through and assisted by NCIP R3 to ensure minimum negative impact on heritage.
4) All visits to TOE2S nurturing communities must be accompanied by NCIP R3 personnel to ensure minimum negative impact on heritage.
5) When visiting dress appropriate for the environment and the community.
6) All visits to TOE2S nurturing communities must avoid negative impact on the environment with all rubbish/ garbage, generated by the visit, taken home by all visitors (i.e. Plastic bottles, wrapping and packaging)

Reduce or avoid all plastic packaging, minimise the amount of packaging used. All donations should be made with careful consideration of environment and heritage impact.
8) Fostering should be done with sensitivity and deep respect for the Indigenous People’s culture and the preservation of heritage.
