Guidelines for Guests on Visits toTraditional Origins Ethnic Education Schools (TOE2S)

1) All visits must be arranged through EVACF/ or NCIP R3
2) Arrive at meeting points on time.
3) Dress code: When visiting dress appropriate for the environment and community. Strong walking shoes/ sandals are a necessity, umbrella or raincoat in case of rain.
4) Water: Bring your own supply and take the empty bottles home with you!
5) Snacks: Bring your own, also bring money for extra meals.
6) Be prepared to share the cost of transport to the site of the school.
7) All visits to TOE2S nurturing communities must avoid negative impact on the environment with all rubbish/ garbage generated by the visit to be taken home by visitors (i.e. plastic bottles, wrapping and packaging)
8) Donations: If you wish to bring a donation please refer to the list “ Guidelines for Giving”
9) Visits are at your own risk
10) Visits should be undertaken with sensitivity and deep respect for the Indigenous People’s culture and the preservation of heritage.
