Ing'wa Jabon Natural Centre
Sitio Pawen, San Marcellino, Zambales

On 17, February 2006, the Ing’wa Jabon Natural Center in Sitio Pawen, San Marcellino, Zambales, was officially opened by Netherlands Embassy Secretary Marcel Van den Boogaard. This building, including soap-making facilities and a herbal garden, was financed by the Royal Netherlands Embassy through EVACF and NCIP. Packaging and training was provided by Department Of Labor. The building is also intended for other livelihood related purposes.
