Livelihood Projects Under EVA's Umbrella
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() EVACF provides Micro Finance to special needs livelihood groups helping create the handicrafted components of the fundraising ashglaze sets. Also loan funding (at 0% interest) through the Social Action Center of Pampanga (SACOP) and the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Region III. They augment the funds and then lend the money in small amounts to Aeta tribal members or lowland women entrepreneurs in financial need in the Zambales, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan and Pampanga area. These loans are for small-scale village livelihood projects such as lahar block making, pottery, home gardens, coconut and fruit tree plantation, livestock raising, handicraft production and small retail stores. Indigenous tourism is also encouraged through the village women's waterfall project at Haduan. Under EVA’s umbrella: small livelihood groups are helped through micro-finance by producing the components of the EVACF fundraising products. Around P 30 million has helped 30 livelihood groups over the years. The list of livelihood projects we have supported are as follows:
